Do I need to show personal income for a DSCR loan?

No. DSCR loans qualify on property cash flow — the rent covers the payment. Your W-2s, tax returns, and personal debt-to-income ratio are not part of underwriting.

How many properties can I finance at once?

Non-QM and DSCR lenders do not apply the conventional Fannie Mae 10-property limit. Many programs allow unlimited financed properties, making them ideal for portfolio builders.

What credit score do I need for investor loans?

Most programs start at 620. DSCR loans typically have a 640 minimum. Best pricing is available at 720+.

Can I use a DSCR loan for short-term rentals?

Yes, on select STR-specific programs. Lenders use market rental analysis (AirDNA data) to calculate the DSCR for Airbnb and VRBO properties.

How fast can you close?
